Office Space Details:

● Approximate dimensions of space are: 9x9

● Office is rented as a blank space; tenants must provide their own office equipment/

decor.

● Permitted use is during normal business hours; 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through

Friday.

Fee(s):

$499 monthly rate with an annual contract signed; fee to be paid on the 1st of each month.

● $300 one-time Advertising Fee, due upon contract signing, covers signage on outside

door, inside door and wall plaque outside the office.

Included, but not limited to:

● Dependable Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rate.

● Monthly rental includes access to the Conference Room and is managed on first come first serve basis.

● Parking is available on side streets and the gravel parking lot on Granary Avenue; free.

● Please share any necessary requests prior to contract signing; including but not limited

to; the need to add privacy film to doors or requests to hang heavy equipment on the

walls.
